Process of transcript taking from Ukraine universities:-

Step-1

First make

1. power of attorney
2. authorization letter 300 stamp paper

Step-2

Send it to the ministry/embassy for attestation

Step -3

Send it to local person in Ukraine, and then they will apply in university on behalf of you.
