The 300-hour yoga teacher training course at Ekam Yogashala in Rishikesh, India is an advanced training course following the 200-hour yoga teacher training course, lasting 28 days and 27 nights.

At Ekam Yogashala, we take care to integrate the thorough study of yoga and infuse spirituality into our teachings and practices to support our student's personal and spiritual growth. The curriculum integrates the core subjects of pranayama, shat kriya, asana practice, yoga philosophy, yogic anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation. In terms of asana practice, our school focuses on the asana styles of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Students undergo 6 days of training with 1 day off per week.
